‘윤리경영의 문제를 코드로 풀어내는’ Ethic Code Engineer를 지향하며, LLM 기반 문서·메신저 분석과 이상행위·부정 탐지, 포렌식 자동화로 사람이 놓치는 위험을 데이터로 드러냅니다. (사)한국디지털포렌식전문가협회 회장(2016~2025)을 역임했으며, 현재 한국데이터포렌식학회 기술이사이자 한국전력공사·에스알(SR)·강원랜드 등 공공기관의 감사·AI 자문위원으로 LLM 시대의 포렌식·내부감사 방법론을 이끌고 있습니다.
특히 최근 LLM·AI 기반 내부감사 자문 시스템 ‘AI Audit Advisor’를 직접 설계·개발하여, 감사 데이터에서 위험을 자동으로 진단하고 그 근거를 설명하는 도구로 ‘AI가 찾고 사람이 증명하는’ 감사를 실제 제품으로 구현했습니다.
또한 AI 기반 외부 제보채널 ‘ListenTips(리슨팁스)’를 직접 기획·개발하여, 직장 내 괴롭힘·성희롱·횡령·부정행위 등 조직의 비위를 익명으로 안전하게 제보받고 AI가 제보 내용을 검증·분류해 처리 현황까지 관리하는 윤리경영·ESG 인프라로 제공하고 있습니다. 사후 적발에 그치던 감사를 넘어, 제보·예방 단계부터 작동하는 윤리경영을 도구로 구현한 것입니다.
나아가 가상 AI 면담자가 감사 면담을 직접 진행하고 진술을 문답서·문답 보고서 초안으로 자동 작성하는 ‘AI 내부감사 인터뷰 플랫폼’을 직접 기획·설계하고 있습니다. 감사인이 실시간으로 감독·개입하며 최종 책임을 지는 Human-in-the-Loop 구조로, PEACE·인지면담 등 검증된 면담 기법을 내장하고 강압·유도질문을 차단해 법적 방어가능성을 우선했습니다.
AI 기술과 디지털 포렌식을 주제로 연간 20회 이상 외부 교육을 꾸준히 진행하고 있으며, 한국감사협회·흑자경영연구소·한국생산성본부·GRC아카데미의 강사이자 서울시립대·서강대·서울대·성균관대학교에서 강의하고 있습니다.
An expert who applies LLMs and AI to corporate internal audit and business ethics, underpinned by the rigor of digital forensics. He serves as an executive director (Sangmu) of the ADFS division at HM Company — Korea's first internal-audit firm built on digital forensics — leading internal-audit and ethics methodology for the AI era.
He pursues the idea of an 'Ethic Code Engineer' — turning corporate ethics into code — using LLM-driven document analysis and anomaly/fraud detection with forensic automation to surface risks people miss. A former chair of the Korea Digital Forensic Experts Association (2016–2025), he now serves as a technical director of the Korea Data Forensics Society and as an audit/AI advisor to public institutions including KEPCO, SR, and Kangwon Land.
Most recently, he personally designed and built AI Audit Advisor — an LLM/AI-based internal-audit advisory system that automatically diagnoses risks from audit data and explains its reasoning, turning the 'AI finds, humans prove' principle into a real product.
He also planned and built ListenTips — an AI-powered whistleblowing channel that lets organizations report misconduct (workplace harassment, sexual harassment, embezzlement, fraud) safely and anonymously, with AI verifying and classifying each report and tracking it through resolution. Offered as a business-ethics and ESG infrastructure, it extends audit beyond after-the-fact detection into a working ethics program that operates from the reporting and prevention stage.
He is further designing an AI Internal-Audit Interview Platform, where a virtual AI interviewer conducts audit interviews by voice and auto-drafts the Q&A record and report from the statements. Built on a Human-in-the-Loop model in which the auditor supervises, intervenes in real time, and holds final responsibility, it embeds proven interview methods (PEACE, cognitive interview) and blocks coercive or leading questions to prioritize legal defensibility.
He delivers 20+ external training sessions a year on AI and digital forensics, serving as an instructor for the Korea Institute of Internal Auditors, the Korea Productivity Center, GRC Academy and others, and lecturing at universities including the University of Seoul, Sogang, Seoul National, and Sungkyunkwan.
